Refund and Returns Policy for Luxe Jaeger

At Luxe Jaeger, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully for the terms and conditions related to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation).

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@luxejaeger.com or call (212) 555-7890 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Once you receive the return instructions, carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available) and send it back to the address provided.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Credit Card/Bank: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal/Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

If your return is not approved due to damaged or altered items, we will notify you and offer the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. After we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will notify you of any additional charges or refunds.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If it’s been longer than the stated processing time and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@luxejaeger.com, and we will assist you.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Sale or Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
