At LuxeJaeger, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully for full details.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unused & Unworn Items: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return procedure. After receiving your return, we will process your exchange request. You will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@luxejaeger.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. International Returns
For international orders, please note that return shipping fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of the return.
